YOUR INSURANCE MAY COVER OUR SERVICES!
TO FIND OUT HOW:
1. Call your insurance company to see if they cover Therapeutic Massage, Rehabilitative Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Sports Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Yoga, Yoga Therapy, or Infrared Sauna Therapy.
2. If they do, ask for their numeric code for that service.
3. Ask if you need a referral or prescription from a chiropractor or physician. If so, get a referral or prescription from an authorized person.
4. Make sure you can file the paperwork yourself to be reimbursed. (We cannot file the paperwork for you.)
5. Come enjoy our services and we'll provide a receipt of services with the appropriate code that you can then send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
WE ALSO ACCEPT FLEX SPENDING CARDS!
We do not accept medicaid or medicare and cannot file insurance for you.
However, We can file Personal Injury Claims and Worker's Compensation Claims once you are working with an attorney or insurance company regarding the claim.
